Goblins Bane Update: Co-Op Battles, New Class, Quests & More!


🧙‍♂️ Party System & Co-Op Battles

You can now invite other players you see into your party and take on enemies together in real-time co-op battles!

Here’s how it works:

  • You and your party members need to be on the same map when one of you enters combat.

  • When you're in a player party, your NPC companions are swapped out in favour of your player allies.

  • If one player runs or escapes from combat, the others remain in battle unless they choose to run too.

This is just the beginning for multiplayer mechanics—so expect more co-op-related features soon!

🌲 New Content

  • "The Missing Scout" Questline has been added to Murkmire Forest

  • "The Lesser Chief" Boss Questline now challenges more experienced adventurers with tough decisions and tougher battles.

  • Eldwin Questline:  Yes, the legendary alchemist can now join your team.

🏛️ World & Systems Expansions

  • Chamber of Commerce now open in Greystone Hollow.

  • Gold Bonds are now available. Got too much gold? (Lucky you.) Store it safely or exchange it later at the Chamber of Commerce.

  • Loot Chests may now randomly appear in the world. What's inside? Only one way to find out...

⚔️ New Class: Arcane Hunter

Introducing the Arcane Hunter, a new MP-based player class focusing on powerful magic attacks and tactical skill use. A nice contrast to the more physical, TP-based Bounty Hunter.

🔧 QoL & Visual Updates

  • UI graphical update to clean things up

  • Options menu overhaul: You can now adjust battle animation speed and other gameplay preferences.

  • Various skill animations updated to look and feel smoother and more satisfying.

🎲 Tavern Fun

There’s a Gambling Farmer hanging out at the Tavern in the evening and late hours. Challenge him to a dice wager game if you're feeling lucky—or foolish.

💨 New Item: Smoke Bomb

Use it in battle to instantly escape tough fights. Sometimes running is the smart move!

⚠️ Combat Balance

  • Poison, Burn, and Bleed have been rebalanced, especially for boss fights. Expect more strategic decisions when dealing with damage-over-time effects.
